To update your Smart Ship or change the date, log in to your account under "My Smart Ship" at least one business day before your next order.
For cancellations or questions, contact customerservice@firstfitness.com or call 800-621-4348 (Mon–Fri, 8 AM–5 PM CST) at least one business day before your process date.
If you received Free Shipping on your initial $100+ Smart Ship Order and you decide to cancel before the second order, you will be charged a one-time fee of $10 or 8.5% S&H, whichever is greater. This fee will be charged to the payment method provided at your initial enrollment into the Smart Ship Program.
